    Assist in determining a Fair and comprehensive market analysis on your home or estates value.

    As your listing agent, I will provide a professionally photographed layout for internet exposure along with a -90 word description attached to a digital virtual tour.

    Here are just a few of the 300 internet websites your home will appear on:  Google, Yahoo, MLSLI, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com, NY Times.com, Newsday.com, Homes.com, Homeseekers.com, VLSHomes.com and Homefinder.com along with 0ver 350 other Home sites.

    Your home will be placed on Long Island’s Multiple Listing Service within 24hrs.

    I will supervise all Brokers, Agents and public Open Houses, consistently highlighting the best features throughout the home.

    You will be notified of all appointments 24 to 48 hours in advance, through myself or my secretary, then tracked and logged into your client file.

    I will personally accompany ALL SHOWINGS.

    A professionally upscale 4 sided luxury photo brochure of your property will be provided and distributed to all real estate agents and prospective buyers.

    An exciting and creative Virtual Tour Video of your residence with a professionally narrated voice over accompanied by soothing background music will be created. The Virtual Tour will then be linked to all major real estate websites locally and throughout the world.

    Coordinate all ads for Advertising publications.

    I will make sure all potential buyers and agents are informed of any possible price adjustments.

    As one of my valued clients, you will be updated on all buyer and agent feedback from the showings on your home.

    I will provide all answers on technical matters such as financing, school reports, highlights of community and special features of the home to our potential buyers.

    Direct accessibility to several Mortgage Companies in order to check financial credibility of buyer’s and assist in obtaining a mortgage to insure that a transaction will occur.

    I will be present at all showings, engineer’s inspections and lender appraisals of your property, and will make myself fully available at all times to overcome any obstacles that may arise throughout the transaction.

    I will be handling any, and all communications throughout the selling process until the transfer of title
